What are my chances of getting into U-W Madison?

I am a Junior in high school and currently have a 3.9 GPA and received a 24 on the ACT test. I am involved in many clubs including: National Honor Society (Treasurer), FFA (Sentinel), Newspaper Club, Student Government (Vice President), our high school's athletic association, Math team, and Prom Committee. I am also also a three sport athlete: Cross-Country, Basketball, and Baseball. I do as much as I can for the community and have wanted to go to Madison ever since I was born! My sister and uncle graduated from there also. Do i have a shot at getting in? Thanks!
